Our client is a reputed business house in Qatar, with varied business interests including automobiles & car rental. With a view to increase their present market share in the automobile & car rental business they seek to hire dynamic professionals to join them in the following capacities:
Reporting to the General Manager, the jobholder will be in-charge of after sales service and parts of passenger and commercial vehicles. In addition, his duties will be to develop budget & business plan for the department; manage workshop efficiency; parts sales operations & dealer network development; sales forecast & compilation of annual budgets for after sales; ensure all workshop equipment is regularly checked to meet safety regulations; implement service center standards as defined by the principals; ensure warranty policy administration; implement & maintain modern automotive servicing procedures & systems; ensure customer retention, customer satisfaction and manage customer complaints. Ideal candidate will be a MBA in the age group of 40-45 years with a minimum of 10 years in a managerial position in automotive after sales business with a proven track record in after sales. To be selected you will be dynamic, positive, confident, self motivated team player with outstanding leadership qualities. Previous experience in the GCC will be an added advantage.
